To book our games, customers provide the following personal data: first name, last name, email address and phone number.

validate the booking, so we can identify the customer at the time of booking;
contact the customer to confirm the booking;
inform the customer about changes that may affect the booking (technical problems, delays and so on);
let the customer change or cancel the booking;
inform the customer about news at HORROR QUEST SRL, such as new game rooms or occasional events related to our activity;
inform the customer about occasional promotions;
encourage reviews of the customer’s experience in our games;
marketing through Facebook Ads;
identify customers who did not respect the terms and conditions (did not show up for a booking, broke the game rules and so on) and prevent this in future bookings;
send photos taken at HORROR QUEST SRL by email, at the customer’s request.

Who has access to this data?

Data processed for the purposes above can be accessed only by the legal representatives and partners of HORROR QUEST SRL, and by employees for the duration of their employment contract. When the contract ends, employees no longer have access to the booking system.

Where is this information stored?

The data you enter when booking is stored in our booking system, which can only be accessed with a username and password. Access is granted to the administrator, partners and employees for the duration of their contract with HORROR QUEST SRL, and is blocked afterwards.

How long is the data kept?

We keep your data to keep you informed about news, offers and events until you withdraw your consent. After that, your personal data is deleted.
